According to Industrial Dispute Act, 1947, Industrial means any difference between employees (or) between employees and workmen (or) between workers and workers which is connected with the employment or non-employment (or) terms of employment (or) with the conditions of labor of any person.
CAUSES OF INDUSTRIAL DISPUTES
There are various causes which may lead to disputes in the company which can disturb the entire environment of the company or manufacturing organization. Some of the causes of industrial disputes are as follows,
