The Internal factors are the factors that are from the side of the organization i.e these are the factors which are inside the organization. The internal factors have more influence on the recruitment aspects of the organization. Some of the factors are as follows,

- Growth of the company
- Expansion policies of the company

02. External Factors
The external factors are the factors from the outside of the organization. The management of the organization doesn’t have any control over these factors and company should be very careful about these factors. Some of them are as follows
- Supply and Demand of Human Resources in the market
- Unemployment rate in the nation
- Labour market trends
- Political and Legal laws
- Technological Changes, etc.
